I recently started some supplements. I am taking Magnesium, Vitamin C, a multiple vitamin that is a food vitamin and another calming vitamin. I noticed all these have carbs. I also take some other meds. I mean all these things say 1 carb. I am just curious if anybody else is taking meds and vitamins and if they are hurting your losses. I know I am in keto because I have had a sweet taste in my mouth for a month, but I am worried all these supplements are hurting me. I still remain on almost an induction diet, been doing it a month. Just curious, thanks.

Personally I've never considered carb count with the supplements I take. Maybe they have a small amount of filler in capsules or tablets. But not that much.
