Default Hope for turtles like me?

It's early days yet, but this time it seems my stall is really broken. I know I hoped this was the case when I started taking cionnamon, but that only worked for one onth and then it evened out again. Now I feel like I did when I did Atkins for the first time, full of energy and needing less sleep... I'm keeping my fingers crossed that thsi is IT, for me and thoight maybe it cold help some of you.
I have been stalled for ever in this 3rd time that I'm doing Atkins. If you want the whole story, go to my journal, but in short: I did not lose weight, even at less than 30 carbs/day. I tried the fat fast and got very sick of that, so had to stop. Kept going on Atkins because it made me feel so much better and must be healthier than eating sugar and all that stuff.
Now I have decreased my protein intake considerably (after reading about dr. Rosedale). I am now at 30 grams of carbs and 90 - 100 grams of protein a day and it really seems to work.

Let me know if you give it a try, then we could compare notes!
