Notes:
The difference between a controlled, planned meal off plan and a day off plan is that the meal will bump me over my 25 net carb maximum, but it will only be one meal and it will fairly LC. The day off plan will be a day I lose control. Probably the "head hunger" taking over. I call those days a "blip." I expect blips to happen, but I am only allowing myself six of them for the 90-day period. It might only involve one meal, or maybe more as the carb monster will try to take over! I am to default right away to my LC woe...hopefully the same day. I am thankful that has happened on the two blips so far. I am also to report here that I am again on plan.
