Jeanette, welcome back No Alcohol is an easy habit to define. I wish you well. You may find that abstaining from this intoxicant will be of benefit to other areas of your life that might be problematic. It certainly has been beneficial for me to completely abstain from it. It also helps that it's one of the 5 precepts that I subscribe to, and the only one that I seem to be able to completely adhere to

Day 86 of 90

Goal of this challenge: Simply to tally how well I do sticking to my diet plan over the next 90 days.

Good days: 49
So-so eating: 23
Off the mark: 14
~~~~~~~~~~
Late snacks: 29
I ate good yesterday and I jogged (slowly) for 5 miles. But while batch cooking some breakfast foods late in the evening I did have a nibble or two. Counted another tick of late eating.
Welcome back Jeanette. I wish you the best with your new challenge.
Day 7 of 90
1) Upon waking each morning, say a prayer of gratitude.
2) Drink 80+ ounces of water a day.
3) Do at least 15 minutes of a something I have been procrastinating. (research appetizers to take to friend's house tomorrow evening)
4) Limit 2 BPC max
5) Plan lunch and supper for the next day. (Lunch bacon and eggs and supper smoked salmon rolls and asparagus)
6) This one is a real challenge for me, start an exercise program. (set the timer and just did it, 5 minutes of stretching)
That is 7 days of 5 minutes stretching, moving to 10 minutes for the next week.
Bad food day and very bad PMS month. I rarely get PMS, but I'm basically so full of rage (over absolutely nothing) that it's taking all of my self-control to not go full-on Incredible Hulk on everybody... or rob a convenience store and eat every potato chip in sight.
Good days: 50
So-so eating: 24
Not the greatest of weekends. Again it was all OP. The issue is how much and how late. I tallied a good day (today), a so-so day, and yesterday was off-the-mark. 2 days of late eating as well. It was not a disaster, however - for this challenge I did not do well with my goals. Looks like I may need to start logging food again. I'm less inclined to overdo when I know that I've had enough.
