The Carnivore Diet is up and coming, can we get a section dedicated to it, please? Myself and my family (hubby and two tweens) are on it and we plan to do it for at least a month. I know many people are doing it or have done it, it's getting popular.
The Carnivore Diet is eating of the animal kingdom, including animal products (dairy is allowed but can be inflammatory), and that's it. No counting anything, just eat meat when hungry, drink water when thirsty (though almost everyone that does it still has coffee/tea, just no sweetener).
It's really simple and helps with many illnesses, especially IBS. It is basically zero carb and some people call it that, but I think the two are very different since in Carnivore we try to avoid all plant products and zero carb doesn't care about that.
Here are links to the biggest Carnivore supporters and followers:

(Amber O'Hearn has been eating carnivore for many years)
