Default I tried the Shirataki Noodles

I will be buying more of these Shirataki Noodles! They were great! I ordered them online Tuesday evening and I received them today. I rushed home and made a stir fry with boneless chicken, mushrooms, celery and some left over cabbage. I stir fried it all and added a little sesame oil and the noodles. It was delicious! The noodles do have an odd smell before they are rinsed but I really like them and can think of a zillion ways to use them. One package made enough for tonight and a lunch tomorrow.
I would definately suggest trying them if you like noodles.
I've been advised where to buy these locally so I won't have to pay postage all the time.
Thanks for all the info on this site!

Someone told me that they stink... Did you find that to be true?

They have an odour before you rinse them. But once rinsed it is gone. It's just the liquid that they are packaged in. It was not near as strong as I had thought it would be. It's no worse than preparing fish for dinner.
