I just tried this about an hour ago, and it was pretty good. I didn't use as much sauce, and I used a 3 cheese hard cheese blend (parm, asiago, romano) in place of just regular parm. Then I used a pizza blend for the topping, and just pepperoni. I wanted to keep the carbs as low as possible. It was at most 5 - 6 carbs. Next time I'm going to load it and make it a supreme/meat-lovers. I could taste the egg a little bit but it wasn't horrible; just a slight eggy taste. I will make this again. Thanks for sharing, I never thought of using eggs as a pizza "crust".
