Default Dear Santa, I've been bad....

Hey all...

I'm needing encouragement. One of my piano students brought me fudge as a Christmas present and I caved and ate around 4 pieces and this morning I made pancakes for my husband and had 2. I know that I need to forgive myself, but it's so hard not to just "scrap the day" you know? Especially with Christmas coming up! I know that on Christmas, I will probably have some foods that are not allowed, but I need advice in convincing myself that it is just one day and that I need to get back on the wagon.

The best thing you can do is go straight back to your plan rather than using it as an excuse to go completely off plan the entire day. Stop while the damage is minimal - no need to make it worse, make the cravings worse, make the bloat worse, make the scale worse..... you get my point.

right back up on the horse with you! Look how far you've come already - keep on with it!

Well Christmas cookies. Sign me up for the confession booth. First time in a long time here, so I'm here to tell you Ms McCauley91 that tomorrow IS another day and you and I will BOTH make better choices tomorrow.

My choice will be to deliver all these cookies to some other poor schmuck's house and eat on plan 100%! Sure was fun making these with the kids, tho! Wouldn't miss this traditional activity. Just should have refrained from personally partaking.
