Default Day 1 of 5 this week -90 days ends Jan 9, 2019

1. 5 X a week - check finances, keep tabs on balancing the checkbook, stay aware of credit card interest charges, opening ALL mail right away.

2. 5 X a week - exercise for 20 min. - 20 min basic exercise and some yoga and stretching - mostly floor work, then brisk walking around the house, late and cold out...

3. 5 X a week (should cover the week with leftovers) - make sure I have low carb food and have it prepared and ready to go for the next day. Still good on food. Little prep needed today.

It is becoming quite evident to me that my current self imposed parameters of this 90 day challenge is not working out. Just like last summer weight creep has set in. The pants are getting tight. It's time to do something about it. I know what to do. Either I tighten up on the carbs (go Keto) or the pants will just keep getting tighter.

I need to do this challenge the way I did a few years ago when I was successfully knocking off 2 or 3 of them in a row. I'm thinking about doing a really limited diet for 90 days - 10 to 15 whole foods to choose from. I think strict and boring is exactly what I need right now. I'll be back here soon to start day 1.

Default day 2 of 5 this week - 90 days ends Jan 9, 2019

1. 5 X a week - check finances, keep tabs on balancing the checkbook, stay aware of credit card interest charges, opening ALL mail right away.

2. 5 X a week - exercise for 20 min. - 20 min walk at another fav park, where I got to feed chickadees out of my hand...love doing this

3. 5 X a week (should cover the week with leftovers) - make sure I have low carb food and have it prepared and ready to go for the next day. Check! Using food I have, am preparing to do another menu/list, will be running low in a day or two. May have to pick up a few things for lunches before the big shopping trip.

Ken, you'll find that groove. See you back here soon

stopped after session and ate a bag of spicy pickle chips standing outside driver door. The simple act of not eating while "in" car is helpful in pointing out the old habit. I love it!
