Question Not sure walked gained weight??

I took company to D.C. walked 6 miles and next morning weighted 2lbs more...

Ate less then 10 carbs. Confused.

What do you think about that my wife gained 1 lb. Do you think some how maybe retained water? Ugg!!

For some reason I also always have a pound or two after a big walk. I'm not sure if it's water retention, or that my muscles are a little inflamed. It doesn't stay around though, which is the good news!

Good deal! I also try VERY hard to keep in mind that no matter what the scale reflects, the walking is healthier for me than NOT walking. Because the weight loss has been so slow for me this time (older, busy, etc), I need to keep facts like that in mind so I don't derail! Slow, but still steady down in the right direction. So keep on, Nate! Good job so far

My current average not counting my first fast loss is running 3.4 lbs a month. Slowly coming down.

When I was a "Weight Watcher" they told us to never exercise before a meeting and weigh in as the scales would show a gain.
That included walking.
Thought that was interesting.
