I've moved your post to the Comments area, where we discuss technical aspects of using the forum and tools.

If you use the Search tool, found at the top right of every page ... you can refine the search using Advanced query: Join words with AND, OR and NOT to control your search in more detail.
If you wish a broader search, you can use * as a wildcard. YOu can select to search only in a specific forum, or all active forums; posts only by a certain member, or a certain date, etc, etc ...
