Default 90 Day Challenge for TDC members only

90 Day Challenge for TDC members only.

I'm starting this challenge here in the TDC to offer it to TDC members that have been having trouble staying on plan. If you aren't an actual TDCer and want to do this, please feel free to start your own challenge.

This is not about daily weighing but it is about staying on your plan, no matter what. This is about staying abstinent to your plan. You can do your daily weighing as you wish, but this is about gaining consistency to your plan, which is key to success.

When I was first offered this when I was in OA, I was a bit rattled by it. But I was desperate so took it on. I did it and in the end, it taught me that I could do this.

Gloquilts aka Gloria, took me on and has done extremely well doing her 90 days and losing 22 lbs.

If you having trouble sticking to your chosen plan, this could be a very good way for you to stick it. I invite you to join. Post here daily by counting your days. If you want to post your food here for accountability, that's your choice. You can use your journal for that too.

So, who's willing to give this a shot?

OK lee. You are on! Its good that you isolated sugar as the one thing you need to abstain from.

Judy,
What a great challenge idea! Especially as we approach the official "eating season". Getting that # of days momentum going really does help. I'm on day 616. And some days that's all the info I need to help keep me on track. Other days it's a little more challenging.

Lee, You're doing great!!

Livinright! Thanks! This concept helped me a huge amount when I was first getting serious about all this eating stuff.
616 days, awesome!

day 4, yesterday's food: fried potatoes, beef steak and kidneys.

I had a really wobbly moment yesterday when I was ordering the groceries online - I really wanted to buy lots of sugary foods to binge on. Instead, I ordered ingredients to make LC treats as well as peanut butter (sugar free) and sugar free jello for when that 'craving' hits. I plan to make fat bombs and some type of protein bar. Sugar binge averted and abstinence maintained.
