Default Second 10% Lost!

Back again to crow. 😊

I took about 4 weeks off plan to do various celebrations with my family (my twins' 4th birthday, grandparents visiting from out of state, flying to visit the other set of grandparents), and managed to maintain my weight by balancing the days where I had to eat out with doing the diet on the days I didn't.

And now that it's all over, I heaved myself back onto that horse (and it was hard!), and I lost more weight, and just today I have reached my second 10% weight loss. This is huge for me. I am so happy and proud, and it gives me inspiration to keep going.
