Thanks CS. Right now I am lucky to get those 15 minutes. I might be able to push 20 to 25, if I was able to do that. But right now, it is all I can do to do those 15/3. Debby

Short workouts are definitely beneficial. If you are in a time crunch, don't think it means you can't incorporate resistance training as well. Buy a beginner weight video and do 10 minutes of it. You'll be amazed by the results

I have major attention-deficit when it comes to indoor workouts, so I try to do two 10-minute weight sessions a day. I still really feel it, and my body has definitely changed

That sounds like a good idea. I will look a round for an "easy" version of weight training. Debby
