Default Parmesan Caesar Chicken Wings

Serving size: 10 Wings. Carbs per serving: 3. Total cooking time: 40 minutes. Total Prep time: 15 minutes

Ingredents:
- 20 thawed chicken wings
- 2 oz Freshly grated Parmesan (2 carbs)
- 8 Tablespoons CARDINI Original Caesar Dressing (4 carbs)
- 2 Tablespoons crushed red pepper (optional)
- Salt and Pepper for taste

Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Wash chicken wings and pat dry with paper towel
- Lightly salt and pepper both sides
- Place wings on baking dish (lightly sprayed with PAM) and loosely cover with foil
- Cook on middle rack for 20 minutes, flip wings, remove cover, and cook for 20 minutes more
- While wings are cooking, mix Caesar dressing, crushed red peppers (optional) and Parmesan cheese in a large zip lock bag
- Remove wings and let cool for 5 minutes
- place 10 wings at a time in bag and mix well

Sometimes I use only 6 Tablespoons of dressing, and seems to work just as well. You may want to only mix half of the Parmesan and red peppers at a time. That way each batch of wings are more likely to be evenly coated with cheese and spice.

Slice cucumbers length wise as a side in place of celery.
