I find weekends it hard to find someone to respond to your post. Give it a couple of days.

Good luck on your journey.

Well, I'm still following my plan even though the carb monsters have been hanging around.

Surely, there are people that have used CKD and successfully lost weight? I found spots on other forums that people(mostly bodybuilders) have done CKD and had great results.

Anyone?

I must be the only one or everyones being very tight lipped. Maybe they don't lose weight or its difficult?

I personally, like this plan. I did go off plan on Monday, but that was stress and loneliness got the best of me. Jumped right back in with strenouse excercise after the binge. Over all doing well, lost 1.8lbs last week, very pleased with myself.

Being able to eat carbs on Saturday has helped my motivation. When I'm craving on Thursday, "nope, I will get it on Saturday and, if I give, my weight will be up on Friday weighin."

This plan forces me to excercise, normally I feel like crap and get lazy. I have to excercise or I will gain by eating the carbs. Its getting to where I actually look forward to excercising and get mad because I can't get to it.
