getting started
Hi my name is Sherraine and I am happy to be here. I am a new comer(very new) but that's not to say I haven't been here(LARGE) before. This time I am going to do the right thing. Right now I am doing research on just about everything carb wise and in such a little time I learned a lot (less then a week) but that's OK. So as to not hold you too long I am ready to take on whatever I need to do and know just please remember take me slow the girl ain't what she used to be(smile) ie., at work Friday (FedEx) while waiting for mail I decided to do a couple of sqats on pole instead of leaning on it as I usually do(no eating on sort) which was a good thing only did 5 upper thighs still sore. Thanks for any feedback!
