Default Hola!

Hello, I am Paloma from Spain.

Thanks for letting me in!!

I have tried different diets through time. 13 years ago I did Atkins and I lost 6kg in the first two weeks. I didn't need to lose so much so I quickly abandoned it.

I have tried Dukan and Atkins for a couple of weeks every now and then but never for long.

Three years ago I had some problems and my eating habits changed for the very worst. I gained in total around 17 kg.
Now my goal is to lose those 17kg - so far I have lost 2,7 kg in the first induction week of Atkins, zero Kg the second week. I do it by the book.

Entering the third week, let's see how things go!

See you around!

Hello Paloma,
Welcome. It sounds as though you've got the right mindset. If you stick with it it will work. I lost 17 kg when I started over 5 years ago. Over the past couple of years I have gained back 3-4 but I am still basically following a low carb way of eating and I am determined to do it for life otherwise I know I would gain it all back.
This is a great forum. There are many helpful people who can give good advice and encouragement.
