Someone recently mentioned this paper...maybe a doctor being interviewed on DietDoctor? Thank you for posting, I won't read the 116 pages, but the intro was interesting!

No, Janet. I didn't read the entire 116 pages, either. But as I scanned through it, I could see that there are some very interesting and very important messages there.
