Turkey salad
2c chopped cooked turkey
1/4 cup sliced celery
2tbsp finely chopped pimento
2tbsp capers
1tbsp finely chopped scallion
1tbsp finely chopped parsley
3/4 cup mayo
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 lemon (juice)
salt and pepper
few drops tabasco
Mix turkey and veggies together
Mix mayo mustard salt, pepper and tabasco.
Stir may mixture into turkey mixture
sprinkle with lemon juice (watch the pits)
Eat.
