Pork Rinds in the UK
Hiya
There are a lot of LC recipes that use pork rinds in place of breadcrumbs. The US 'pork rinds' are like quavers, light and airy. Whereas all I can get in UK supermarkets are pork scratchings, which are just not the same. (Unless your recipes calls for warts and hair!!).
Does anyone know where I can get hold of US style pork rinds? In the UK the name for this style of scratching is Pork crunch.
I know you can buy them from pub snack suppliers, but that's not ideal since I'm not in the pub business!!
