Default Psmf- 2012

There used to be a thread here for PSMF but I think it was back in 2006. I am starting one for 2012. Anyone starting the year off with a few weeks of PSMF?

I've been reading one of the original PSMF threads over the last couple of weeks and just finished it tonight, along with a couple of other ones.

THIS is the big one, there is a lot of great information and recipes all the way through till the end. I've been toying with the idea of a "stallbreaker" and PSMF really grabbed my attention. I've been sitting at my current weight for about 5 months and might be starting to regain, I think, I'm having too much fluctuation in the wrong direction and my tight pants are too tight on me now .

I'd love to work a few weeks of a PSMF but I still have a nursling, so it will have to wait for a bit. I may explore more with decreasing my calories some though, but nothing too extreme.

I'll definitely be paying attention to this thread, and good luck to all who decide to follow Lyle's guidelines for PSMF
