Just had a quick look and I'm so glad you recommended it. I ordered it today.

I don't know if anyone else is the same as me but besides exercise (i.e. walking my son to and from school), I found portion size the most helpful tip in my current weight loss. Before starting, I ate way too much at mealtime and once I figured out what I was supposed to be eating then I started to lose weight. And as long as I chew my food slowly then it isn't too difficult to feel full and I can finish my meal at the same time as the rest of my family.

I hope you find it helpful in getting back on track. I too found that with other programs I was just eating too much. My greatest fear in beginning the program was the dreaded 'HUNGER.' Fortunately, with a balanced program it was easier for me to control that part. It did take me a little "fiddling" to get the macros right since I am very carb sensitive, but eventually I found the right combo.

If after you start the program you find that you are hungry, try to eat a little less carbs and eat a little more protein. Once you read the book, you should be able to make any adjustments.
