some exercise if one can call it that....I am severely deconditioned.

Sunday: wall pushups
Monday: dog walk around the loop at Haggen Park, swept double driveway.
Tuesday: Upper body hand weights 10 pounds-2 sets of 10 except biceps 3 sets.

My arms are shaky. Thinking of starting belly dance again. I really want something fun that works. Might also be good for other areas in my life too

Starting p90x again....sigh

Day 1: Chest and back
Day 2: Plyo

Today will be day 3. My right knee is still feeling a bit wonky since cami did her cannon ball run at the side of my leg. I think I made it okay through plyo heavily modified to be almost just strength training. So far so good. It was irritated last night after workout out but I used ice and aleve.

Got the ok to start exercising again. BP was way too high before (205/110) but now it's coming down (148/89). Started walking today just 6 blocks...the pain was horrible. Pain in low back and in both calves. I know it will get better over time...
