Default ugh! made a mistake

Good morning,

Dag nab it! Probably the most difficult thing about Atkins is that when I err it wakes up the ugly demon named cravings!

My husband and I celebrated with a bottle of Champaign on Sunday and boy am I paying for it now!

How soon I forget how DIFFICULT it is for the first 48 hours to stay on track. So here I go again.

So of course yesterday I am trying to battle the sugar cravings all day and I almost make it but by 5:00 I gave in.

So hopefully with a confession and some shame I will make it through the next 2 days!

For me the 2 day mark is key... once I make it 48 hours the cravings decrease significantly. How I can I make myself remember how hard this can be and consuming the carbs just ISN"T WORTH IT!
