I have been in ketosis and have not been losing. I was told to cut back on my carbs to about 5 for a week. I go out of ketosis when I don't have many carbs..How is this possible?

You have to eat fat to be in ketosis. Lean protein may not get you there. Also, lots and lots of water can dilute ketones. Also, are you active, walking at least 25 minutes a day? Sometimes we get more sedentary, and Atkins says activity is essential.
