I feel so bad for the families of those boy scouts, and the other boys and others at the camp. How awful!
I was surprised when I talked to my MIL (in Bryan Hospital) that they didn't move the patients to the inside hallways. She said she didn't even hear sirens. When my Mom spent a summer at Creighton Hospital in Omaha, every warning & they were moving patients out to the hallway.

I was in Elkorn when it started, and whne it passed by went back to Bellevue, there were funnel clouds over my house. But that is really nothing. My heart is very much hurting as I think about the families of the scouts who died and were hurt. My son was to go this Sunday to the camp, and he had friends up there who were injured. So much for a young person to have to contend with.

I am so very impressed in the manner and conduct of all the scouts involved. I have seen adults not handle 1/2 of what these young men had to endure. It speaks volumes for the program and for what the young boys learn over the years of scouting.

Do you guys think this would work? I DO follow a carb controlled diet, and I DO exercise. I would like to use it on the backs of my thighs to reduce the cellulite.

(sorry if this is uninteresting to you, Pit and Scotty..!!) :>)

That certainly looks like an interesting product. Any "firming" gels I have tried have not worked, but this one says it actually makes the fat get out of there. Interesting! Try it and let us know how it works!!! I'd like to use it on my belly.
In another forum they had a news article about how people were using - of all things- Preparation H to make them look sculpted!

Morning all. So this weekend was a nice one, and just a wee bit of thunder and rain on Sunday Now who is going to use at least 5250 stored calories this week? And NOT add any extra on?

IF we say we are working to keep our calorie intake to ~1600 per day, then for the 7 days ahead we NEED to consume 11,200 calories in "Quality" food. Since we all eat very healthy it will be a challenge to be sure.

For me I will:

1. Drop the exta junk item I somehow eat each day which packs on an extra 240 cal or so each day. This will take 1680 cals out.

2. I will only use extra margerine for my morning sandwich which should take care of about 1500 cals.

3. I will Exercise for 30 mins each day for a 250 cal deficit so that takes care of another 1750 cals.

4. Just need to find a way to use up an additional 320 calories. Any suggestions?

OK, my splurge is over now. Had pizza last night and this noon and a Champs cone. Now that celebrating birthdays is over, I AM going to go at this hard for the next 8 days. Will try to do w/o caffinated coffee tomorrow a.m., but then the rest of the day is a little irregular, but I will at least try to LC.

Love them!

So a question to my esteemed LC firends if I may? What are/is your thoughts on cheese?

I have really been liking to eat Brie of all things lately.
