Hi all! I'm interested in this as I started weight training more. I usually work out in mornings and after I'm through I have a shake with 2 tablespoons of flaxseed. Can I include this in the shake as well? Do you guys take this stuff every day or just on weight training days? Thanks you guys are very informative! Especially you, Natrushka!

What kind of Glutamine do you use and where can I buy one that doesn't have too many carbs? I read somewhere in here that some have many carbs and sugars? Sorry for the ridiculous questions, guys........

Hi,

Do you know if any of the kinds is less likely to cause acne? I have tried the pills a few times but developed very bad cystic acne each time.

I use Source Naturals powder and have never had it cause any trouble. L-Glutamine is used for healing intestinal permeability as well as energy for the brain, and erasing carb cravings.

Sunshine, there could have been an excipient in the pills that caused a reaction or the pharmaceutical glaze. I try to get powders with no excipients.
