`brand spanking new.....again*LOL*
well day one today and wasnt hard at all to keep to since i just spent a week of my life on the rice diet...yah..ya heard me,just rice and fruit altho lost 10lbs yay!!
so day one 230 may 16 and down from 240... long way to go till i get my goal of 140 but i know this diet works since i was on it before i was pregnant..lil one will be 6...so this is prego weight that NEEDS to come off ,,,cant wait to go and read the before and after stories and soon will be adding mine!!
