Default Cup-O-Pizza Challenge!

One of my favorite movies of all time, "The Jerk", mentions a fake product called "Cup-O-Pizza". While it was meant to just be a humorous random gag in the movie, pizza in a cup would eliminate the carby crust and actually be a good thing for a low carb WOE.

Enough people joked and laughed about coming up with a recipe on another thread that I think we need to have an official "Cup-O-Pizza" challenge!

Post your recipes WITH PHOTOS. The best entry (as determined by me) will receive a set of "Cup-O-Pizza" refrigerator magnets, handmade by collage artist...well....me. I will, of course, be disqualified from the judging though I will try my own recipe over the weekend.

Contest will go as long as I feel like we are still getting entries.

So, who is up for the challenge??

Marie: You live here? Oh, it's nice. Did you decorate it?
Navin R. Johnson: Yeah, I got all this stuff from the old Cup 'o Pizza place before they tore it down.
Marie: Good pizza.
[the two are eating pizza in a cup]
Navin R. Johnson: Oh, this is the best pizza in a cup ever. This guy is unbelievable. He ran the old Cup 'o Pizza guy out of business. People come from all over to eat this.

One of my favourite movies of all time!

When I managed a pizzeria and was doing Atkins...I always wanted to make a cup-o-pizza!

My best friend owns a small mom & pop pizza place. Everything is made from scratch. He makes me low-carb pizza's in a pan. he uses small aluminum pie pans to serve pasta in; for me, he puts all the ingredients of a pizza, covers it with cheese and bakes it. It comes out as a pizza casserole and I call it pizza in a pan. It's great and low-carb.

Damn Cleave, you look a lot like someone I know IRL. You don't happen to have 3 kids (one a stepson) and are married to a chiropractor are you?

Now, if I understand correctly, this is the point of the contest? To post a recipe (instructions) for CupOpizza variants?

You first, Pennink!

Yes! The point is to come up with a recipe and post the photo

If you want to lurk and see what OTHER people come up with, that's fine too!

I will see if I can get photos of the fabulous grand prize up this weekend. First I have to MAKE them, but lets not get hung up on details

No restrictions on size of the cup. Ingredients should be low carb...but do not necessarily need to be "induction friendly". Bonus points will be awarded for presentation and creativity. (Remember, an artist is judging this competition. Go wild!)

No feeble excuses allowed! I'll come and take the picture for you (OR you can dare my weird kitchen and join me in a little experimentation!).

I've come up with a thing I call Pizza soup. Someone said I should post it here. I'm Not real skilled on a computer so I don't know how to post a picture but here is the recipe.

Put whatever you like on pizza in a big pot, add 1 jar of pizza sauce, enough water to make a full pot of soup, and boil.
Don't add cheese until your ready to serve. It's really Yummy.
