hi there,

I have struggled with atkins also for the last couple of months on and off. haven't yet seen any results because I keep self sabotaging myself. I should not weigh myself because that step alone causes me to breakdown.

I have a 'tendency' to binge as well...more often than not unfortunately. my purging happens at the gym, it's amazing how guilt can accelerate that treadmill.

feel free to pop into my journal anytime, it's not very long, but I like to express my thoughts in there more than adding my menus.

Cathie- I feel like im going through the exact same thing as you. I started atkins a few weeks ago and cheated and I felt so depressed and angry with myself. I go to the gym 5 days a week and I was doing so good. I LOVE ice cream & chocolate so much and I couldnt resist! But Im trying again and Im on day 4, going strong! I just need to get through the induction phase so I can add carbs back in. I was wondering if you know much about the CAD diet and if you could explain it to me? That would be awesome. Well I have to go eat lunch (chicken ceasar salad! YUM!) Have a good day
