I read Wheat Belly first and then saw the author of Grain Brain on Dr. Oz. I'm reading his book now and it makes so much sense. I fell off my low carb diet over the holidays and I feel terrible and in a brain fog. Back at it again tomorrow!

I am currently trying to avoid gluten. I've been fine with not eating things I know have gluten, but I'm still learning. (c:

I'm also exploring Omega 3 and Omega 6.
