The only noticable improvement is in the Trigs, as expected with LC it is lower, but they were perfect before. The one that stands out for improvement is HDL, aka the "good" cholesterol. Even conventional doctors want that higher, over 50 (1.3) for women in the US. Over 1.8 would be optimal.
