Chocolate milkshake
1/4 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup water
6 or so ice cubes
scoop protein powder (I used vanilla but chocolate would probably be awesome)
1 tb cocoa powder
stevia to taste (I use liquid but I doubt results with powder would be much different)
Blend in blender.
Per MY PLAN, this was 7 carbs, but it listed cocoa powder at 3 carbs whereas the jar in my kitchen says 0 net carbs from lots of fiber. I left it at 7 in the journal, though. Better safe than sorry, especially since I'm on Induction.
