Using IF and HIIT to overcome slow/stalled weight loss
In this new book, Escape the Diet Trap, Dr Briffa talks about using IF and HIIT to overcome slow/stalled weight loss. As you can see, he refers to them both as powerful strategies for this purpose. So if anyone is having a problem, it might be worth trying them out.

Chapter 22. Going Lower
For a few, fat loss can be slow going, or they may find themselves ‘plateauing’ at a weight that is higher than they would like. Should slow or stalled weight loss be an issue, this chapter provides two powerful strategies for overcoming this in the form of ‘intermittent fasting’ and ‘high intensity intermittent exercise’.
