Phase 2 but day 3 on Fruit Flush
Meal 1: 1 pear and 1 orange
Meal 2: 1 apple
Meal 3: 2 kiwi's and 1/2 cup Grapes
Meal 4: 1 cup Pineapple
Meal 5: 1/2 Grapefruit
Meal 6: Turkey sausage, Salad greens and Dressing
Exercise: Cardio and Back, Biceps, Calves

b - v8, chocolate malt (SB recipe that was not that great)
s - apple
l - sesame tuna, salad w/ranch dressing
s - pistachios
d - stuffed cabbage
s - fudgicle

my menu today

b=lite creamcheese with lox on 1/2 WW BAGEL Sand.,milk for te
sn=v8 w) celery stirrer
l=hummus on tomato slices & cuke cubes on lettuce cup.
sn=1c l/f yogurt
d-salad with dress,home made beef burgundy with veggies[no bread/grain carbs with this meal]
des=mixed fruit w) topping

80 oz water[1/2 my weight] planing a 1 hr walk this afternoon

Glad I found this thread. I made it through phase 1 (lost 8 pounds!!!) and am now doing well on phase 2.

Menu for the day:
B: hard-boiled egg, celery, nonfat yogurt w/SF syrup and nuts
S: laughing cow lite and brocolli florettes
L: chick peas, tomato sauce, veggies, italian spices, strawberries
S: peanuts (only ate a few, I wasn't hungry for more)
D: Boca burger w/LF cheddar cheese and LC ketsup, homemade cole slaw, cooked bulgur, mocha ricotta creme

I know I"ll crave chocolate later, as this is my night to stay until late at the university so I'll grab a RS LC toffee square and that should tide me over.
