Question How many nuts?

Hi, have only been LCing for 5 weeks and tend to snack on cheese 20g or nuts, about 20 almonds. Is this too much?

I think it would be too many for me, but it maybe be ok for you.
Are you losing weight? If so, you are probably ok, if not, consider reducing.
I usually have no more than a dozen almonds, chew them thoroughly and follow with a glass of water. I keep a bag in my desk drawer at work for those hungry times.
