Thanks - I know they have the carbs listed and I just thought that they seemed high but I get confused by good "safe" carbs and bad ones. Someday I'll get this program.
I always read the ingredient list to make sure that nasty word "sugar" isnt in there. Anything that i can't pronounce is usually a good indictor to me that they are "bad" carbs. Hope that helps a little.
Did you know that the manufacturers list the ingredients from highest quantity to lowest? Little ifo in case you were curious.
Oysters are incredibly nutritious, rich in zinc and omega 3, etc. I wish I liked them; I would eat them. They do have some carbs but not a lot. I wouldn't eat the whole can, but a 2-4 ounce serving as a snack, appetizer or garnish is fine.

Since it won't be your major source of food, you need to check what else you eat.
For example, I eat white peach couple days ago. It is a carb food.
I ate 6 of them and coffee the whole day. It made me hungry for meat. So I ate breast and thigh of $5.00 8 piece Vons fried chicken the next whole day.
