Hi fellow UK dwellers

I was wondering if any of you could recommend a good protein powder that is available in the UK? As well, could you please give me a hint as to where I can find soy flour?

Cheers for your responses!

Karen

How easy is it for you to get to London? Lots of Health Food shops where you can get all manner of stuff. Holland & Barratt sell soy flour. Must admit I'm looking (not very hard yet) for the protein powder. I got myself a packet of wheatgerm (the highest protein bit of the grain) and considering the minute amounts I'm using it will last me a while.

I KNOW protein whey is available in the UK. I've seen it and eaten it too at residential workshops.

Good Luck in your search.

We also have a Holland and Barret in Hartlepool that sells soy flour. They probably have a store near to you.

Default Protein Whey Powder

Hi Cupiedoll

Holland & Barratt and some other health food shops stock protein powder.

Body Fortress Precision Engineered Whey Protein is yummy. H&B have a special half price offer at the moment. They have three flavours Strawberry, Vanilla and Chocolate. It's only 2g carb per scoop.

Take care.
