Default Chocolate Pate and my variations!!!!!

Although my daughter has made this several times, today was my first time and i HAVE to share it.

168gms good dark chocolate (i used Lindt 90%) 2carbs/30gms, 17 squares
2/3 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. unsalted butter
1tbsp. sugar (i used stevia to my liking)

Prep 5 min.

Line bottom and sides of a small loaf pan 6x31/2 with saran (i didn't have one so used a loaf pan so was more like a fudge than pate)

Microwave all ingredients for 3 min on med. stirring a couple of times.
Pour into pan and cover with plastic and refridge until firm 6 hrs.

I put in the freezer and was done in about 30 min. started eating immeadiately.

To serve let stand for 1 hr. Slice into pieces and serve with whipped cream dusted with cocoa powder.

Keeps for 3 days. Ya Right!

Variations,

I put unsweetened med coconut on the saran before putting mixture in and
added about 2 tbs of coconut to the mixture

This may sound gross but was amazing...i put a piece of crispy bacon on top of one of the pieces and it was so delicious, salty sweet, crunchy

I also mixed full flavor coconut oil and coconut spread(no carbs) together 1/1 and put on top of a few pieces, dreamy................

Hope you all enjoy, need to grab myself another piece!
