Hello, my name is Cathy and I've been low carbing off and on for years. Right now, I'm having trouble staying committed, so I'm here for support. I'm a 53 yo female who would like to lose around 70 pounds. I'm breaking this into smaller goals, so right now, I want to lose 8 pounds by 12/31. I really find the advice on this board amazing. Glad to see new people here. I'm here less than a year now, but I am so amazed at my overall health and weight loss. If you can stick with it, it is well worth it. I came upon Atkins reluctantly. I didn't want to buy new fat pants again.
