Question Quick Pick me Up????????

Anyone have a suggestion for a quick pick me up during the day??? The candy and donuts and bagels in our lounge are calling my name and I am in need of a "pick me up". I am trying to avoid the atkins bars, etc. And I tried eating a cheese stick, but am still dragging.

Help!!

Radishes (or other veggies) with high-fat dressing
Celery with cream cheese or peanut/almond butter
Deli Meat
Hamburger patty (make ahead and bring with you)
Hard-boiled egg
Huge glass of ice-cold water
Activity or movement of some kind - walk around the office

I like:

- sour pickles (not gerkins) or olives (but not if the salt makes you retain water)
- Wasa crispbread spread with natural peanut butter or almond butter
- cold meatballs

Chese cubes are great-so are nuts, hard-boiled eggs--and I like the cold water and "take a walk" ideas, too. Even the occasional glass of diet soda helps-it's only one carb.
