phenomenal! it's amazing how energetic one can be on a daily basis.
eggs are nearly the perfect food, next to meat... consider it a daily habit.

My #1 goal with my diet is not to be hungry. For years I was hungry all the time and it made me insane. One day I told my future wife, "I'm going to eat all day today at work."

I never really achieved that goal until I started IF. I eat once a day now. When I first did IF, I would have a meal around 6 and then have a late-night snack before going to bed. But even the late-night snack seemed to be triggering hunger, so I gave it up. Now a typical eating "window" lasts from around 5PM till 8PM.

I still have moments where I think I might be hungry, but if I remind myself it's not real, the feeling passes away. On the other hand, if I eat, it usually turns into real hunger.

it depends on the day, really..
some days i eat more than an elephant would, some days i eat as much as my cat... it differs everyday.

i eat two meals a day, most often.
one meal in the morning, one meal in early evening, usually spaced about 8-12 hours between meals. my body dictates, i follow.

ZC taught me what true hunger really is... if I feel like eating meat I am truly hungry. If meat is not appealing, I am simply craving. Those simply craving moments were fast and furious for a long time in the beginning but not so much any more.

I can honestly say that I use to want to eat all the time when I was almost vegetarian and a fiber fanatic. It took going ZC carb to rid myself of the constant snacking. At first I would still eat like four small to medium meals a day and then I gradually went down to one small meal and one regular meal. ZC did cure me of constantly wanting to eat food. I still think about food all the time but I don't necessarily want to eat all day long, big improvement for me and I contribute ZC to losing the last few pounds that just wouldn't budge otherwise.

Whenever I make ground beef (its grassfed) it comes out dry and chewy. Is it because its grassfed? I only cook it until its just brown. Please give me some tips on how to make tasty ground beef. Thanks!
