Default I cheated

Baaaaaaaaah I did it. I cheated. Was good all Saturday morning, then in the afternoon I blew it and ate badly for about an hour before I stopped myself. Toast, cheetoes, cookies. I went right back on plan for the rest of the day, but damn if I didn't refill my glycerin stores. So the next day I weighed myself and I had gained 1.6 lbs from my binge. Was on plan Sunday and this morning I was down 0.4 of a pound.

I assume I just carry on, on plan, but will I slow down and lose weight more slowely ater this? I am about 10 days into induction and this is the first and only time I cheated. Also, I plan on doing a little extended induction.

What happened when you cheated?
Thanks!

WTG on getting back on program right away!
I would extend induction until carb cravings have dissipated significantly.

Day 3 dinner, I stuffed my face with 10 Sweet and delicious BBQ
chicken wings, instantly cured my headache :-) so it was medicinal. Day 4 I must have been around 10g or carbs, evening weigh-in -2.9lbs.......... so no harm done for me.
Just keep going and resist the temptations

We're all human and make mistakes. You did the right thing by getting back on plan. Keep it up!

I never cheated.

but I did overeat on LC food. in a way a cheat cause I just stuffed my face with so much food, heck it became a cheat.

but I gained very little.
I didn't come out of ketosis.

so if ya want to cheat, eat up LC food. seriously.

but if you carbed out, just get back on plan. it happens. don't look back, look forward and keep on trucking.

kinda think WHY did you eat that junk?
bored?
bit hungry and you should have just eaten LC food and maybe you were restricting yourself?

its ok. you sound like you know what is going on and you know that eliminating the junk longer term is what gives you the real will power to really not binge...so hang tough! best of luck
