Default Weekend fast....

Well, I've been good on the regular Atkins, BUT, somehow gained 4 lbs this week...I think I ate a whole package of bacon in one day, but I can't be sure also started drinking the shakes eating the bars and not enough water.

so I need a qiuck jumpstart to get these 4#'s off.. i think it all went to my face too, it looks bloated this morning.

That's it, got nothing more intersesting to type

Yes, I did the M/E fast this weekend and lost 5 pounds. i'll keep doing it until I get tired of it or the salads start beckoning to me to eat them
