Default Low carb in Ireland

Hi Folks, Great to meet so many like minded people in one place.

I'm Irish and LC for 8 months now, down to my goal weight of 130lbs (5'6")(Modified Atkins) but since reaching maintainence I've started looking for low carb goodies like pasta or advantage bars anything.
If anyone ever LC'ed in Ireland or knows of a decent website that will actually ship goodies here I would be eternally greatful.
(All I've been able to get my hand on are low carb high protein Nutro-tech bars for body builders- still yummy but a bit boring and soya protein isolate shake that just bland and disgusting.)

Thanks and best of luck with you goals

I don't know if you have the same chains of shops that we do in the UK, but if you do then a visit to the UK forum might be an idea. There is a 'sticky' called low carb foods in British supermarkets which might help.

I make shakes which are not too bad:
Unsweetened soya milk.
Scoop soya protein isolate.
Good dash of sugar free strawberry squash from the co-op.

There are two online shops in the UK that can send you low carb goodies. One is carblife.co.uk. - I can't remember the other. If you go to google.co.uk you'll come up with both of them.

Good luck.
