Hi everyone. I was sad to hear that the Low Carb Friends forums were shutting down. I really enjoyed the personal closeness of the group. Scrolling down their threads feeling so sad I was happy to find group. I live in southern Calif. I'm been the librarian at a private Christian school in Palm Springs for the last 16 years. I've been a wife for 48 years and now a widow for the past 10. I've fought fat my whole adult life and expect to have to continue. I'm a mom, grandma and great-grandma. I'm sure I'm going to enjoy this group.
