I'd like to lose more than four pounds this month! But even any downward movement is good at this point; I do really want to figure some type of physical activity out that I can do but not sure what will keep my interest & won't hurt my right ankle/knee.
I would like to join in. I have lost 17 lbs since July but winter is the toughest time of the year for keeping the weight off. I gained 7 lbs in 20 days this month. I have dropped all but 1.4 lbs.
Same start weight as last month! Hoping this will be the month that I break into the 150s.
Will be out to town next week, so my weigh ins will be spotty, sorry about that. Everyone did so great last month, I am so impressed, keep up the good work!

11/01 157.0 - whooshie fairy is about over due.
For those that get frustrated when the scale isn't moving.... this makes the 18th day I've been bouncing around 157/158. My body will eventually catch up with my eating and release the weight.
Someone said something interesting to me yesterday: A plateau is our bodies way of readjusting itself, and we should hang on and be patient. The plateau period is when some people give up.
