Default Same Weight, Same Measurement. STRONGER

Greetings,
Type 2 since may '06 low carb from day one. No meds currently. Too many things I am struggling with to put in one post. Start with this weird thing.
I am weight training and growing in strength weekly. No question. I have not lost a pound but fluctuate once in a while down 4-8 pounds then back to my 210. I am not losing inches in my measurements (chest/stomach/hips etc). They fluctuate up and down more due to difficulty measuring exactly but no significant downward trends.

this seems impossible. Think it through. The only explanation is my muscles grow in strength but do not change one iota in size. OR. My exchange from muscle to fat is staying at a perfect ratio to keep my measurements the same.

Stomach or belly fat is that last to go for a lot of us. There is no doubt that you can add a lot of weight from growing muscle. Most of us would be a little surprised that you haven't lost some waist line measurements. Do you see a difference in the mirror? Check your buoyancy in a pool, i.e. sink with all air out, half, ??

ps in six month you could, typically, add from six to twelve pounds of muscle
