Default Chicken Leg VS Chicken Thigh

Why does the chicken leg have more protien, fat and calories than a chicken thight when the thigh is larger than a leg. Does this progam use the whole leg quater to predict the values?

Because a chicken "leg" includes both the thigh and the drumstick. Don't feel bad! I went through the same thing!
